Fermentation Workshop with Sandor Katz

We filmed a fermentation workshop with well-known expert and author, Sandor Katz, and authored a 2 1/2 hour DVD of the workshop, divided into 12 chapters. The DVD includes extra features, including an extended interview with Sandor and recipes for sauerkraut and kefir.
